Bookkeeper
We're seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Managed Accounting Services Division. In this role, you'll work with multiple clients to maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and support our CFO Coaches in delivering exceptional service. You'll also contribute to MACKEY's internal operations and be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and making a real difference in our clients' lives.
What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts, including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support internal operations through process improvements and knowledge sharing while working alongside our accounting, CFO, and tax teams.
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of bookkeeping experience with strong QuickBooks and Excel skills. You should have exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for serving clients with empathy and professionalism.
